We screened Fox Searchlight’s BELLE for local influencers and tastemakers in Washington, D.C. BELLE’s acclaimed director Amma Asante joined us for a cocktail reception following the screening. The film was warmly received and our guests were thrilled to have the opportunity to meet this gifted filmmaker.

Guests converged on the Fox Studios for a special event celebrating the “Image of Black Women in Media and Entertainment.” Speakers included Essence’s Vanessa Bush, Sleepy Hollow’s Nicole Beharie, American Horror Story’s Gabourey Sidibe, industry icon Suzanne de Passe, FOX TV’s Shana Waterman and Fox Searchlight’s Zola Mashariki.
